My dear friends,

You know you’re old when …

Thursday, August 30th, 2007

When I came across Guy’s blog by today I found out that he took the chance of his 53rd birthday to prepare a list that defines what tells you that you’re old.

Sure I just got 30 years old but anyhow – sometimes I feel like feeling old starts pretty soon after you have celebrated your 21st birthday, right? After that age birthdays are a kind of losing their magic…

Just a few more thoughts on Guy’s posting – You know you’re old when …

  • your doc is saying good bye to you with the words “See you next week”
  • the last movie you’ve seen in the cinema is a free gift to your daily newspaper
  • you had no idea that there’s a Miss World
  • you start thinking if someone is asking for your age
  • you go to sleep before your neighbor’s children at the age of 10 and 13 have dinner

— Happy Birthday Guy —
— Thanks for still feeling young —
